Now featuring Leonardo da Vinci – 500 Years of Genius presented by Webuild, this immersive exhibition takes you on a captivating journey through da Vinci's remarkable life and legacy. Experience original pages from the Codex Atlanticus, witness 40 machine inventions, delve into his life story with digital tech, and marvel at the only exact 360º replica of the Mona Lisa. - THE LUME Melbourne is located at 5 Convention Centre Pl, South Wharf, within Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). Located minutes from the city centre, the gallery is easily accessible by tram, train, bike and car, with parking available in the immediate vicinity.

- THE LUME Melbourne is committed to being accessible to all visitors and has many accessible features including accessible toilets, a lift to the gallery’s mezzanine space and augmented hearing sets. We also provide Low Sensory Sessions on a monthly basis; please visit our website for details. During these sessions audio levels of the experience will be lowered. When you arrive at the venue, please speak to our friendly staff if you require assistance.
- THE LUME Melbourne experience does not include smoke, haze or strobe lights. While the projected images and animations within the experience are slow-moving, if you are sensitive to moving light or have been diagnosed with photosensitive epilepsy, please be advised that some moving light may trigger seizures in some people
- THE LUME Melbourne is a cash-free venue; all outlets within THE LUME Melbourne accept card payments only
- Cafe seating is not guaranteed during peak times
- Please note that Leonardo da Vinci is a temporary experience running until the 16th of June 2024. When it ends it will be succeeded by a difference experience showcasing another world-renowned artistic or cultural movement.
