You’ll begin with a short safety induction and paddling briefing before launching your kayak into the calm waters. Paddling towards Mends Street Jetty, soak in views of the river and Perth’s shimmering city skyline across the water. Halfway through, the group gathers for a raft up, to rest, chat, and hear a story from your guide about the area’s cultural history.
As the sun begins to dip, you’ll return and are greeted with a well-deserved glass of wine or soft drink, paired with cheese and crackers. Relax on the shore and watch the colourful sunset, creating a picture-perfect finish to your paddle. This tour is accessible for beginners and enjoyable for all skill levels. - Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
- Tandem kayaks have a maximum weight limit of 125kg per person and 250kg per kayak
- The experience provider reserves the right to redirect the tour slightly to make it more comfortable and safer for participants
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
