What you can expect

Pedal your way through Kings Park with a guided two-hour bike tour during the annual Wildflower Festival. Your journey begins at Wadjuk carpark, right by the Aspects of Kings Park gallery shop, where you’ll meet your guide and get fitted with a bike and helmet. After a quick briefing, you'll set off on a specially designed route that avoids steep hills, making it an easy and enjoyable ride for all fitness levels. As you cycle, your guide will share stories about the park’s history, culture, and ecology. Along the way, stop to admire everlastings, native blooms, and the tree-lined avenues dedicated to fallen soldiers.

The adventure continues towards wildflower hotspots located deep inside the park’s bushland. Here you can take a closer look at the unique plants and also take in sweeping views of the Perth city skyline. You will be provided with a wildflower reference sheet at the start of your journey to learn as you go, making it a scenic as well as an educational experience.
