Go behind the scenes of Australia’s first agricultural rum distillery to see how 100% of the cane grown on the farm transforms into a sipping spirit bursting with flavour in your cocktails.

You may have seen the world’s first colour changing ‘Ink Gin’ going viral on social media but this guided distillery tour will guide you through how the spirits are distilled and bottled. The guided tour is followed by a tasting of six of their core spirits including gin, sugar cane rum mixes and any upcoming releases, and end your visit with a seasonal two course farm feast.
