- If return transfers from Surfers Paradise are required, please allow up to 2 hours for the full experience, including travel time
- Jet Boating Experiences depart from Sea World Cruises Terminal, Seaworld Drive, Main Beach.
- Over the GC500 weekend (Fri, 24 Oct 2025 – Sun, 26 Oct 2025), the boat will be departing from the Marriott Resort Marina
- Please check in 15 minutes prior to your experience. Enjoy coffee, food and beverages from our Broadwater viewing deck cafe & bar. Complimentary onsite parking. Entry to Sea World Marine Park is not required
- If transfers are required, the pick-up location is the Appel Park Bus Stop on Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise—30 minutes before your jetboat ride. For example, a 10:30am jetboat experience will have a 10am pick-up
- Comfortable shoes and clothing.
- Be prepared to get splashed.
- Sunscreen.
- Optional change of clothes.
- The minimum height for the jet boat ride is 120cm.
- A life jacket is supplied that is rated to carry a maximum weight of 150kg.
- Guests who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck injuries or suffer from a serious heart condition or injury are not allowed to ride.
- Guests under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian to sign the safety waiver.
- Guests 15 years and under must travel with an adult. Guests are required to hold onto safety bars at all times.
- Transfers depart from Appel Park Bus Stop, Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise

- Cancellations are accepted 24 hours before departure without penalty. The payment is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking date.

- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Passengers will be required to complete a Waiver of Liability prior to boarding
