- We highly recommend checking ride maintenance prior to your visit to avoid disappointment, as rides and attractions may occasionally be closed for maintenance. All instructions on how to check operating hours and ride maintenance will appear on your voucher
- Experience Oz customers who redeem their Dreamworld passes during QLD & NSW school holiday periods, will receive 1 x BONUS ticket to ride pass (valid for express entry on 1 ride on 1 occasion during the day of your visit & ONLY during QLD/NSW school holiday periods. Rides are subject to the ride opening schedule). Your bonus ticket to ride pass can be collected at Main Street Emporium shop within Dreamworld at any time throughout your visit upon presentation of your Experience Oz ticket.

- From 9th December 2023 to 29th January 2024 open everyday from 10am to 5pm
- From 30th January - Monday to Thursday 10.30am to 4pm, Friday , Saturday and Sunday 10am to 5pm
- __Can I store luggage?__
- Yes, there is luggage storage available at the Market Place in the Food Court for $10 per item otherwise there are lockers around the park that are $10 per locker and holds up to 3 backpacks __Can we hire a stroller/wheelchair?__
- Strollers and wheelchairs are available for hire at the Dreamworld Guest Services Office right next to Front Entry. You’ll be required to present your drivers' license or some other form of identification upon hire. Pram hire $15, Wagon hire $15 and wheelchair hire $4 for the day __Is there a Smoking Policy?__
- Queensland's anti-smoking laws prohibit smoking within four metres of any entrance to a building or in children's play areas. Dreamworld is a smoke-free environment however, designated smoking areas have been provided. You can find out where on the Park Map, we thank you in advance for your cooperation
- This ticket does NOT include entry into SkyPoint Observation Deck
- If you have a Companion Card: One free entry is permitted for a guest who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket. Please visit a human operated ticketing counter (before proceeding to the turnstile) every time you visit a park, and you will be issued a free entry ticket
- If you have a Carers Card: One discounted entry is permitted for a guest who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket. Please visit a human operated ticketing counter (before proceeding to the turnstile) every time you visit a park, and you can purchase a ticket at a discounted rate
- You may get asked to present some form of ID to prove your child is under 3 years old to enter free of charge
- Tickets are valid for entry 12 months from date of purchase
- Entry to Dreamworld MUST be completed within the same day.
- All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
- Pensioners must produce an Australian Government issued pension, disability, seniors, or veteran affairs card to gain entry (Pensioners does not include students)
- No eskies, food or beverages can be brought into Dreamworld
- No food or drink may be brought onto the premises, including alcohol __Discount Admission ticket validity includes AUS and NZ equivalent Government issued Cards;__
- Australian and NZ equivalent Government issued Disability Pension Card (DSP). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.
- Australian and NZ equivalent Government issued Seniors Card (AGE). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.
- Australian and NZ equivalent Government Carers Card (CAR). Carer discount will be accepted upon entry when accompanying a disabled card holder.
- All savings shown are compared to standard walk up prices
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of entry
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
- For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details is included on your tour voucher

- Experience Oz ticket to ride pass can be used on 1 of the following attractions: Steel Taipan, Sky Voyager, The Claw, Tailspin, The Gold Coaster, Shockwave, Vintage Cars, Skadoosh Bumper Cars, Gliders, Playschool Wheel, Big Red Boat or Dorothy's Rosy Tea Cup Ride (subject to the ride opening schedule)

Ticket purchases couldn’t be easier with Experience Oz, a seamless transaction! Dreamworld was amazing! I would 100% go again! Plan your whole day (or 2!) there as there is so much to do! Highlight: 100% the tiger experience! That was absolutely incredible!
Great rides, staff were amazing with my little girl who was a bit scared to go on the rides "turning" the speed down on the motor coaster and assuring her that the mild serpent slayer wasn't going to be scary.
Really good park, with short wait times. Look forward to seeing the new upgrades complete. The tiger show was a real highlight, getting to see the tiger so close up and active. A good selection of rides for the entire family to enjoy. We could have easily spent another day there to make the most of all aspects of the park.
The rollercoaster was our family favourite! So was the flight simulator!
The rollercoaster was our family favourite! It was great to get the one free skip-the-queue entry ticket, although we should have done it at the very start of the day when the queues were at their biggest. Fun day! We spent the entire day there. Will be great after the Reno's!
