In this Sunset Camel Ride you'll spend one hour exploring one of Western Australia's most recognised beaches; Cable Beach, just outside Broome. Departing just before sunset, you'll leisurely make your way along the shore of the Indian Ocean with one of the most exquisite backdrops you have ever seen. As the sun begins to lower, you'll fall in love with not only the views but the romance of this tour. Be sure to pack a camera as this is truly one hour you will never want to forgot. Or for a small price extra, let the photographer capture the journey for you instead so you can really take in the beauty and uniqueness of the whole experience.

What you need to know
- Please note all passengers are responsible to declare accurate individual body weights at the time of booking. Passengers can be weighed upon check in for camel tour to verify the provided weights and if weight is over what was declared, you will be unable to ride and no refund will be given. The supplier is not able to accommodate last minute weight increases
- All passengers MUST select the correct weight range at the time of booking.
- Maximum per person weight limit of 95kg
- In addition to the individual weight limit the supplier operates a maximum weight limit of 170kg per camel / two seats.
- Any couples that exceed a combined weight limit of 170kg (individually no more than 95kg), will each be required to ride on their own camel and an additional charge will apply.
- Please note that the operator has the right to cancel any booking where the incorrect seats have been chosen

- Tours depart from Cable Beach. Detailed information about the departure location will be printed on your voucher

- Please allow approximately 1 hour for the total experience
- Camel ride departure point is north of the rocks at Cable Beach, Broome
- If driving follow the signs to Cable Beach until you find yourselves at the last car park. At the northern end of the car park, in front of the Sunset Bar is a 4WD access ramp onto the beach. Follow this driveway onto the beach, and turn right through the rocks (approx 200m walk)
- The town bus service operates every half an hour during the peak season (May-October)

- The customer's booking will incur a surcharge of 15% for public holidays.
- Child rates are for children aged 5 - 15 years and not exceeding 60kg
- Children under 4 years of age can sit on parent’s lap, and are charged at the lap sitter rate
- No adult and lapsitter's (child aged 0-4 years sitting on parents lap) combined weight to exceed 95kg
- Two passengers travel per camel and an individual’s weight must not exceed 95kg. Any couples that exceed a combined weight limit of 170kg (individually no more than 95kg), will each be required to ride on their own camel and an additional charge will apply

- Please ensure you choose the seats in the correct weight category, failure to select the correct seats may result in your booking being cancelled
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience

Nice camel 🐪 sunset tour. It’s so beautiful. It was our first time to ride camels. And the beach is absolutely wonderful. If we had enough time, we would have stayed at Cable Beach for more time. We really enjoyed it there. We recommend someone who wants to go there, spend more time staying at that beach.

Great memories of this adventure as it was my birthday. Camel handlers were first class , took a lot of great photos which I will treasure forever . I would thoroughly recommend that you do this if you stay in Broome . The platform made getting on and off very easy.
Absolutely fantastic. Staff (Lisa) was informative about the life of camels, helping me get on the camels was appreciated. Then seeing from a camels back the iconic Cable Beach sunset set the evening off beautifully.
Brilliant whole round experience, would do again & again & again. The camels are very well cared for & treated brilliantly, very tame & happy to transport even us heavyweights…to watch the sunset on this iconic stretch of sand was indeed a wonderful experience.
