Hear about the history of Uluru, the Aboriginal culture and wildlife as you roam.

Whether you choose to walk or drive the national park, the Uluru audio guide is an absolute must-have with suggested itineraries and handy tips to help you make the most of your visit to Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Once you’ve purchased your trusty Uluru audio guide online, head to the Yulara Tourist Information Centre to collect.


What you need to know

  • Hire an Uluru Audio Guide to help you get the most out of your Uluru experience. The device has 100's of stories and handy tips that will enhance your trip.
  • This hire option allows you to pick up and return your device in the morning, between 9am and midday.
  • Learn about ancient culture and geology or the of the fascinating animals who call Uluru home. Uluru Audio Guide covers virtually everything you may want to know about the region. It's just like having a tour guide in your pocket.
  • Device hire is based on 48 hour hire period. If you aren't sure what to do with your time at Uluru ask our friendly team for some suggestions, or better yet, pick up your device and let it guide you as you explore Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.

  • Please pick up from the Uluru Audio Guide Desk at Yulara Tourist Information Centre, 127 Yulara Dr, Yulara NT 0872.
Additional Information
  • Audio guides play through car stereo or headphones. Please note we supply corded headphones as bluetooth headphones unfortunately interfere with the GPS. Please note the device does not have a speaker, so cannot play out loud without being connected to the car stereo.
Cancellation Policy
  • Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. You are free to amend or cancel with no additional charge if we have been given more than 24 hours notice. If you cancel or alter your device hire within 24 hours of the confirmed pick up time, no refund will be provided.
  • Refunds will not be provided in the event of a "no-show" for device collection. Refunds will not be issued once a device has been taken from hire booth. Gift certificates are not transferable for cash, however, bookings made using a gift certificate can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the device hire pick up time. Extenuating circumstances requiring tour refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Uluru Audio Guide reserves the reight to cancel or alter device hire where necessary due to operational restrictions, electronic defects or any other changes to operational conditions. In such instances participants will be either--rescheduled to a suitable time or issued a refund. Other than this participants will have no claim to any additional compensation relating to cancellation of the activity.
