This scenic loop walking trail is a popular journey in the Arrowtown region and offers a walkers a beautiful view of the area's highlights. Traversing beech forest pockets and tussock covered slopes, the trail begins off the Arrow River Trail and is a relatively easy trail to complete. Hikers are advised to complete the loop in an anti-clockwise direction as it is easier this way. The trail takes around two to three hours to complete and requires a medium to high level of fitness. Walkers are also encouraged to wear good hiking shoes to traverse the various terrains encountered on the trail.
