All the staff were amazing - helpful and with smile and a bit of a joke!! I have a walker, so all help is much appreciated. I was able to do everything I wanted to because of the help. Loved the island and the glass bottomed boat, enjoyed the hot chocolate and cake ( muffin!) and also the strawberry icecream!! All in all, a lovely day.

Very quick, easy and convenient, from booking right through to boarding, the trip and the destination, excellent service and ultimately resulting in an excellent day! Great staff, great place, not over crowded, very casual and relaxed. Loved it all.
