A fantastic day out at Koranda. A must for your visit to this region.
Wow the sky rail is absolutely amazing. It is 7.5 kilometres long and so very high up above the trees. A wonderful experience. We did not know at time of booking about the gold class option for the train, but we are told it is very worthwhile. Kuranda is quite a large suburb with lots of restaurants, there are two markets which go on and on and have a good variety of items. The Butterfly and Bird parks are quite good. Also there are gardens and Koalas to see. A fantastic day out.

Great trip, dive, semi sub and viewing platform was the best. Didn’t get to have lunch due to lack of time doing activities when finished. Dive instructor was very good and just got a bit dizzy doing the intro dive test. The pontoon facility makes this day trip so cool and can’t wait to do it again. Well done to staff helping the people feeding seagulls and l hope the mother-in-law will not make me pay for this for too long, lol.

A fantastic adventure for the whole family. A must do at least once in your lifetime.
Very well organised. Lots of help from the staff where required. Plenty of room for all guests. Facilities are fantastic for out in the middle of the ocean. Buffet lunch was more that you could ask for. Not gourmet but very tasty. The 3 hours we spent there was just enough to tire us out. We did miss the semi submersible boat as it only departs 3 times and we just missed it on its last trip as we were having too much fun snorkeling. I would not recommend this activity if you have major mobility issues.
