- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure
- This experience is approximately three hours in duration.
- This experience departs from the blue bus stops located at the Deck Airlie Beach Lagoon Carpark, 277 Shute Harbour Rd, Airlie Beach QLD 4802.
- There is no phone service, internet, Wi-Fi, or shops at the falls
- The supplier reserves the right to modify and change the tours when needed
- A cleaning fee of $65 will be charged for any soiled seat, flooring, or cabin fixtures
- The consumption of alcohol is not permitted; intoxicated participants may not be allowed to board
- No food or drink is to be bought on board without consent from the driver; glass bottles of any kind are not permitted
- Each participant is allowed one carry-on bag weighing no more than 5 kilograms and must fit into the passenger's lap or under the seat
- Each participant may bring one bag weighing up to 22 kilograms to store in the Cargo Compartment; money, prescription medication, and laptops cannot be stored
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
