  • Passengers must be at least eight years old
  • Passengers under 18 years old must provide an indemnity form signed by a parent or guardian; waivers will be signed in person during the safety briefing
  • In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
  • Drivers must stay within the geographical area that will be provided during the safety briefing
