Disappointing
We were excited to go snorkelling for the day on Green Island, which was the purpose for our trip. When boarding the boat they told us that due to the timing of the low tide we would have to get in the water immediately as we'd only have about 30 minutes before the tide was too low. There was no transparency about this before booking. Later, I saw on other snorkelling service's websites they had alerts for certain dates such as ours to warn travellers. Total scam and waste of money AND a day of our holiday.
