It's the easiest way to travel around the main spots of the city within 1-2 days if you don't have much time. Just hop on/off the bus and visit as many places as you can. There are apps that can track the location of the bus as well so you don't have to rush to the stop.

The drivers and staff are very friendly. Got a great overview of Sydney and helps decide where and what other activities to do while our stay. Recommendation for the blue line to end an hr later so that you can get off where you started. Really enjoyed it.

Interesting tour but poor narrative. They can improve.
The tour started off slowly. We were supposed to leave from stop 1 at 10:00 am but the attendant was not present so the driver had to process all vouchers, tickets, and payments. There was a long line-up. We boarded at 10:10 but we didn't leave until 10:30. The narrative played through the headphones was usually out of sync with where we actually were. I expect much better with today's technology. We were often listening to descriptions of places that we has passed a minute or so previously. Or being told to look out for this particular landmark on our left or right which we had already passed. And being told that we are at a particular stop which we had already left. It's quite annoying and frustrating. The experience was poor value for the price we paid.
