Escape the everyday hustle and immerse yourself in a serene oasis with a 40-minute private sauna, cold plunge and foot rub experience in Rotorua, perfect for up to four guests. As you step into this tranquil sanctuary, you'll be greeted by the soothing sounds of nature and the gentle glow of beautifully lit ponds, creating a calming atmosphere that encourages relaxation and connection.
Crafted from aromatic Japanese hinoki wood, the saunas start at approximately 70°C and comfortably fit four guests. Guests can enjoy a traditional sauna experience with heated volcanic rocks from Finland and a bucket of water, allowing guests to customise the level of steam. Guests can step into hot and cold tubs, and take their time enjoying the benefits of heat therapy that both rejuvenates the body and refreshes the mind
After the sauna, take time to cool down with complimentary chilled drinking water, access to nearby 12°C cold plunge tubs, and a cold outdoor shower. For the best results, guests can alternate between the sauna, complimentary cold plunges and foot tubs. Finish your experience by buying a drink at the bar and enjoy access to the complimentary Shinny Dip foot hot tub to stay warm. Whether guests are celebrating or looking for a fun, restorative outing, this experience leaves guests feeling refreshed and revitalised.

- The complimentary shiny dip foot spas can be used for longer than the allocated 40 minutes
- This experience is located at Secret Spot Hot Tubs, 13/33 Waipa State Mill Road, Whakarewarewa, Rotorua 3073.

- Minimum age is five years old
- Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult
- Swimwear or appropriate clothing must be worn in the sauna at all times
- Shoes are not permitted in the saunas
- Guests must stay on the boardwalks when walking through the premises
- Shinny Dip foot hot tubs are available on a first come basis
- Guests are not to play personal music out loud
- This experience runs in all weather conditions
- Minimum of one and a maximum of four participants
- Not available on Christmas Day
- Guests should drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration
- Phones are not recommended inside the saunas
- Outside alcohol, food and drink may not be brought onto the premises
- Participants must be 18 years and over to order and consume drinks from the bar as alcohol is involved; photo ID may be required
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted during this experience
- Disruptive guests will be asked to leave the premises
- The experience provider does not recommend pregnant women take part in this experience
- Guests with medical conditions that may be affected by heat should seek approval from a physician in advance
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
