With 90 minutes to unwind, this experience becomes a comforting blend of culture, nature, and mindful relaxation. As you finish up and wrap yourself in your towel and robe, you’ll step back into the night feeling lighter and beautifully restored.

- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session time.
- This experience is 60 minutes in duration.
- This experience takes place at the Wai Ariki Hot Springs & Spa, 1047 Whakaue Street, Rotorua 3010.
- Smart casual and comfortable clothing
- Swimwear and flip flops/crocks
- There is a maximum of 15 participants permitted every 30 minutes.
- This experience runs in all weather conditions.
- This experience is wheelchair accessible.
- Minimum age is 16 years old, photo ID may be required
- Any medical conditions or serious allergies must be advised at time of booking
- For your comfort and safety, we are unable to accommodate guests who are pregnant in the Restorative Bathing experience, due to the high temperatures throughout
- Please inform the provider if a wheelchair hoist into the pool or any other special support services are required
- Bathing suits are required to be worn at all times
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
