What you need to know
- Self drive off-road experience in Queenstown
- Drive a manual Land Rover Defender
- Half day 4WD tour including 2-3 hours of self driving
- Light refreshments
- This experience starts at 8am
- Please allow 4.5 hours for the entire experience
- The amount of driving time varies based on your ability and the number of people driving. It can be anywhere between 2-3 hours
- This experience takes place in Queenstown
- This experience departs from some central Queenstown hotels or Info & Track/Snow Centre (37 Shotover Street)
- Water bottle
- Camera
- Dress appropriately and comfortably for outdoor adventures (warm clothing in the cooler months)
- In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
- This experience requires minimum 2 participants to run. Maximum of six people can fit in one vehicle, so you can bring along up to five passengers
- Participants must hold a current manual full driver's license
- All vehicles are manual and if you have not driven manual it will impede on your experience
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
