- Please ensure you wear flat, secure and enclosed footwear. Winter can get cold, so it is recommended to layer-up and take a jacket.
- Free transport is available to take you to Kawarau Bungy Centre whether you are zipriding or spectating
- Check-in and pick-up is from the Queenstown Bungy Centre, located in The Station Building on the corner of Shotover and Camp Streets in Queenstown
- Minimum age is eight years old
- Children 8-9 years old must ride tandem with an adult (age 20+)
- Children 14 and under require an adult to sign their consent at check-in and accompany them on their experience
- Minimum weight is 30kg, maximum weight is 150kg
- All children must fit the harness correctly to be eligible to ride
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
