- This experience departs from Stingray Point Jetty, located behind the Sebel Hotel at 14 Vivaldi Drive, Mandurah WA 6210.

- In the event of cancellation due to weather passengers will be offered an alternative date
- All guests must be able to move around the vessel independently and safely. This includes boarding via a narrow, slightly angled ramp, handling small steps or walkways and a ladder style stair case with handrails to access the upper deck. As the vessel is on open ocean, guests must be able to stay upright on moving water without assistance (we do not go out in unsafe conditions, but passing vessels can cause wake). If you’re unsure whether this is suitable for you or your group, please call us directly.
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- Please note, non-seafood, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available, you must inform the experience provider at least one week prior to your cruise date

- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
