- Challenge Room 1 Set admission and play time

- One challenge room experience is a total of 30 minutes
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked in session so we can brief you on the game play, show you to your room and have you playing as soon as possible
- This experience departs from Level 1 of the Karrinyup Shopping Centre, 200 Karrinyup Road, Karrinyup Western Australia 6018
- We recommend you wear clothes that you can comfortably get active in
- Hijinx Hotel is suitable for everyone over the age of 5
- Online booking is required. Please visit our website to make a booking before visiting the venue.
- The vouchers can only be redeemed online, they cannot be used in person or for walk-ins.
- The vouchers are valid for online redemption until the specific expiry date. Any unredeemed, unused vouchers past the expiry date will be forfeited.
- Vouchers are valid on the specific activity listed on the voucher, from Monday to Sunday at any time at all locations in Australia.

- To change a booking, you can do so by calling our concierge team at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and is subject to availability and price.
- No refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds.
- You will not incur additional charges for the changed booking.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
