Begin your sensory journey with a glass of sparkling wine to neutralise your palate, in order to receive the best sampling experience. Let the expert guide you through the five courses, each accompanied by a delicious canapé specifically matched to enhance the note of each wine.
You will go through a selection of Chardonnay, Rose and red wines. The canapés include components such as cheese, salmon, kangaroo fillet and a sweet dessert to finish the journey on a rich note. Slow down and savour this special time with your partner, unwinding in a luxurious and welcoming setting. This experience is great to celebrate something special or to take a much-needed break from the everyday hustle.
