Become a distiller for a day with this hands-on gin masterclass at Bass and Flinders Distillery on the Mornington Peninsula. Guided by an expert botanical advisor, you'll uncover the fascinating history of gin, learn how the spirit is crafted and explore the botanicals that give each blend its unique character. Then it's time to get creative, crafting your own personalised gin recipe from a selection of vapour-infused botanicals.
Enjoy a guided gin tasting, sip on a refreshing G&T and share a cheese platter as you refine your blend. Once you've perfected your recipe, you'll take home a 500ml bottle of your custom-crafted gin. Best of all, your recipe is kept on file, making it easy to order another bottle whenever you like. Creative, interactive and full of flavour, it's a must-do experience for gin lovers on the Mornington Peninsula.

- This experience is two hours in duration.
- This experience takes place at Bass and Flinders Distillery, 40 Collins Road, Dromana, VIC 3936.
- Participants must be 18 years old or over as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required
- Bookings are essential
- Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
