What you can expect
Enjoy the warm waters and naturally occurring minerals in our geothermal springs, rain pool, botanical pools, forest pools and cold plunge pools. You will discover secluded pools and social pools, plus Eve – our sunset pool; all surrounded by the windswept beauty of the coastal Moonah woodland. Weekday bathing available Monday to Friday.

- This experience is approximately four hours in duration
- This experience is located at Alba Thermal Springs and Spa on 282 Browns Road Fingal, a 90 minute drive by car from Melbourne.
- Car parking is available free of charge with ample accessible parking spaces, plus charging ports for electric cars.
- Options for public transport on the Mornington Peninsula are limited. You can travel by train to Frankston station, then bus to the Rye Hotel. From there you can complete your journey by taxi or Uber.
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the springs: We recommend the use of hats, rash vests, sunglasses and sunscreen while bathing.
- Please note, clothing such as t-shirts are not permitted in the springs, as the high mineral content of the water may cause discolouration.
- We suggest you don't wear jewellery in the springs as the minerals may cause tarnishing.
- Waterproof footwear, such as thongs or sandals, is highly recommended throughout the springs and wet areas.
- Please note footwear is required to enter the restaurant.
- Bookings are essential and need to be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Alba is a place of tranquillity, therefore phones, laptops and smartwatches are not permitted in our springs, spa or restaurant
- Alba is a smoke-free venue and premise
- Dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please notify staff on arrival.
- Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
- In the event of thunderstorms, we will ask guests to leave the pools until the storm passes.
- Bookings are essential and need to be made at least 48 hours in advance

- We do not recommend bathing in geothermal springs during pregnancy. You may enjoy dipping your feet in the springs, but fully immersing your body may raise your body temperature, which can be dangerous during pregnancy.
- We recommend that people with certain medical conditions do not enter springs before first obtaining medical advice.
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
