The Yarra Valley's boundaries start just 45 kilometers from Melbourne's CBD. Famous for premium food & wine, tours, markets, events, boutique breweries and more. Enjoy a personalised yarra valley bus tour in the company of an average number of 12 -20 people (max. 24) in our luxury, air-conditioned fun bus. The Yarra is an unbelievable valley to visit at any time during the year, with every season creating an amazing canvas of colours, this is truly a picturesque region and only a short journey from the heart of Melbourne. From amazing blue skies and a warming sun to a patchwork of dazzling autumn leaves, the fool bloom of freshly ripened fruit on the vine, or a cozy open fire with a delicious wine to warm every heart, every season has its own beauty and charm making a tour of this Victorian region a must-do!

Itinerary
  • 9:15am-9:45am: Pick up from central designated locations in Melbourne CBD and board a luxury 24 seater bus.
  • 11:00am: Greenstone Vineyards - is beautifully situated on a single site in the picturesque Yarra Valley, an hour’s drive from Melbourne. The Winery and Cellar Door, which are nestled in to the base of the Christmas Hills, have unparalleled views of the Estate vineyard and Great Dividing ranges. It is here that winemaking operations are carried out, making Greenstone one of the most progressive wineries in the valley.
  • 12pm: Balgownie Estate or equivalent winery- Balgownie Estate has long been the benchmark for style and class in the Yarra Valley and the wines also live up to this reputation. The first half hour will be spent at the wine tasting table, a great opportunity to make a wine selection for lunch! Then it's into the restaurant for a superb lunch while taking in magnificent vineyard views. Lunch includes main meal, a glass of wine and tea or coffee.
  • 1.30pm: Yering Farm - The old hay shed situated at the top of the hill has been converted into a charming rustic cellar door, just oozing with character. It is a fantastic environment to enjoy superb wines made with traditional winemaking techniques.
  • 2.45pm: Soumah of Yarra Valley - The Yarra Valley cool climate focus allows this winery to specialize in wine styles and varieties typical to northern Italy and south eastern France. With awards for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and a passion for northern Italian varieties, you will be sure to find something pleasing while overlooking the rolling hills of the vineyard and the majestic Warramate Hills.
  • 3.30pm: Leave Yarra Valley.
  • 4.30pm-5pm: Arrive back in Melbourne.

Time
  • Pick ups commence at 9:15am and return back to Melbourne at approximately 4:30-5pm depending on traffic
  • Operates every day except December 25, 26 and 1 January
Location
  • Your pick up location is the Immigration Museum 400 Flinders St (Cnr Market St), Melbourne at 9:15am.
  • Alternative pick up locations can be arranged - a number will be provided on your voucher to arrange

  • Itinerary & timing may change without notice
  • Vehicles for this tour are licensed to seat a maximum 24 passengers however a maximum 7 passengers for any one group booking is allowed
  • We will not guarantee that individual bookings wishing to join a group to increase the size of that group over 7 will be on the same bus
  • Due to transport safety regulation we are unable to carry children less than 5 years of age on this tour
  • A child rate is valid for 5 - 15 year olds inclusive
  • 16 and above are to be charged at adult rates
  • To drink alcohol, you must be at least 18 years old
