- Assistance dogs are permitted on the train
- Children 15 years and under must be supervised by an accompanying adult
- Infants under the age of one year old travel free when not occupying a seat on excursion trains
- Passengers are required to retain their booking confirmation and/or tickets, as they may be asked to present them at any time during their travel
- In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider

- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
