What you can expect

Explore the Brisbane River on a guided 70 minute jet ski adventure that takes you through the heart of the city and back. Departing from Breakfast Creek in Newstead, you'll head downstream past some of Brisbane's best known landmarks, including the Brisbane Powerhouse, the Story Bridge, the Queensland Maritime Museum and the Wheel of Brisbane at South Bank, your turnaround point before the return journey upstream.

Along the way, your guide shares stories about the city's history, culture and architecture, giving the tour a depth beyond just the ride itself. The route covers leafy riverside suburbs, heritage facades and the bustling CBD waterfront, with regular wildlife sightings including cormorants, pelicans, rays and dolphins. No licence is required, making it a great option for first timers as well as experienced riders. Each jet ski seats two, and a safety briefing, life jacket and sunscreen are all provided before you set off.
