Begin your experience with a warm welcome from your pilot and crew, followed by a safety briefing before lifting off on a breathtaking 10-minute helicopter flight over the Southern Barossa.
Departing from Hoffnungsthal Valley, soar above Rowland Flat, Jacob’s Creek, Lyndoch, Cockatoo Valley, and the iconic Whispering Wall, taking in sweeping views of this world-famous wine region. With guaranteed window seats and 180-degree panoramic views, plus expert pilot commentary through voice-activated headsets, this is an exhilarating and unforgettable way to experience the Barossa from above.

- 10am - 4pm with our last flight at 3:30pm

- This flight is 10 minutes in duration, with an additional 10 minute safety briefing
- Depart from Barossa Helicopters, Lyndoch
- The helicopters can get quite hot during the Aussie summer months and cooler during the winter months, so dress comfortably.
- If you plan to take photographs we recommend darker colour’s to reduce any window reflections.
- Ladies please wear flatter shoes.
- Hats, bags or any loose clothing are not allowed to be worn in or around the helicopters as they can fly up into the rotors and damage the aircraft. We will be happy to hold any hats or bags for you until you return from your tour.
- We encourage you to bring your phone, camera, or movie camera to help you remember your fabulous time at Barossa Helicopters.
- WEATHER POLICY
- Barossa Helicopters reserves the right to change flights due to weather conditions or other operational considerations. The pilot’s decision is final regardless of the occasion
- WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
- Individual passenger weight is maximum 130kg, All up combined maximum passenger weight is 270kg per flight
- Barossa Helicopters base is non-smoking venue
- CHILDREN
- Children need to be minimum 100cm to fly and sit on their own seat
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- No Shows and Bookings that cancel within 24 hours of booked time, will forfeit the cost of the entire booking.
- No charge for cancellation outside of 24 hours
- Full refund will be made available to customers in the event of a cancellation of the flight by Barossa Helicopters Pty Ltd due to adverse weather or any other unforeseen event.
- PETS
- Please leave your pets at home
- Our business is on a working farm with vineyards, livestock and our own pets and due to biosecurity protocols we don't allow outside pets.
- ONLY Service dogs are allowed but they CANNOT fly.
- If you need to reschedule your flight, contact us with as much notice as possible.
- Clients that are a “NO SHOW” or CANCEL within 24 hours of booked time, will forfeit the cost of the entire booking.
- No charge outside 24 hours.
- Full refund will be made available to customers in the event of a cancellation of the flight by Barossa Helicopters Pty Ltd due to adverse weather or any other unforeseen event.
