- From your downtown Auckland accommodation or from the main entrance of Sky Tower in central Auckland if staying outside the city centre

- A minimum of 2 people is required for this tour. Should you be a single traveler booking, we will not be able to confirm this booking until the minimum numbers are met. If they are not met, we will refund you in full
- Actual locations visited are subject to weather and traffic conditions to ensure maximum enjoyment but low-moderate walking involved and clients welcome to explore each stop to their suit their mobility and interest levels
- Cancellations can be made 30 days prior to your tour date
- From 8 to 29 days there is a 20% cancellation fee
- From 48 hours to 7 days there is a 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 48 hours or no-shows: 100% cancellation fee
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
