- Winter: 9.30am – 4pm
- Summer: 9.30am – 5pm
- This experience is approximately one hour in duration.
- This experience is located at AJ Hackett Taupo Bungy & Swing, 202 Spa Road, Taupo 3330.
- Complimentary transport from anywhere within Taupo available; must be pre-arranged and is subject to availability.
- Comfortable clothing

- Warm clothing in winter
- Minimum weight limit is 35kg (77lbs) and maximum weight limit is 150kg (330lbs)
- Minimum age is 10 years old; parent/guardian signature required for children aged 10 to 14 years old
- Participants must disclose medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnancy, or any other condition that may affect safety
- In extreme weather conditions, the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- Risk disclosure document can be found in the voucher after booking
- Spectators are welcome to watch free of charge
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
