Begin with a shared platter of chef's canapés, then move through a seasonal entrée, a premium main built around fresh Australian produce and a tempting dessert to finish. Take in 360 degree views from the upper deck, with personalised service throughout and live music setting the mood (available on Saturdays and Sundays). Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available on request, and younger diners are looked after with their own menu. It is the quintessential Sydney evening, unhurried and elegant, with nowhere else you would rather experience the changing light over the harbour.

- Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol and photo ID may be required
- Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent
- The adult menu is for participants aged 16 and over
- A dedicated children's menu is provided, with any included alcohol substituted for soft drinks
- Drinks are not included and may be purchased onboard, BYO is not permitted
- Participants must check in at the ticket office at least 20 minutes before departure to collect boarding passes
- This experience is not available on special event days including but not limited to Australia Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve
- Vessels are stocked with life jackets for all participants in the case of an emergency
- Vessels may change from time to time due to maintenance and scheduling
- The experience provider cannot guarantee that certain products or ingredients will not be present in the food and accepts no liability in this regard
- Wheelchair access is available on the entry level of the vessel, with upper decks accessible via stairs only
- In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
