Time
- The bus departs daily at 9.20am, 10.00am, 11.20am, 12.00pm, 12.40pm, 1.20pm, 2.00pm and 2.40pm to head out to the Nevis Canyon where your swing will take place

- Clothing Requirements: PLEASE dress warmly. Even on the warmest of winter days you should take a jacket and wear multiple layers (long sleeves and long pants are recommended) since the weather on site can be very different to that in town
- Cameras: If you wish to take a camera out to the jump pod, or you wish to jump with a camera attached to you, it needs to be safely secured to your person to ensure it cannot be dropped
Swinging with a camera is entirely at your own risk and ONLY at the discretion of the jump crew. The waiver you sign when checking in fully indemnifies AJHB of any loss or injury associated with you jumping with your camera
- Getting there As the Nevis Canyon Swing site is located on private land, you are not allowed to drive there yourself. The only option is to take the Swing Bus from the centre of Queenstown. Trust us, its much more exciting to take the 4WD bus along the narrow gravel track anyway
- We recommend all customers are well rested, hydrated and have recently eaten before commencing their activity.
- Please inform our crew if you have any of the following conditions (please note it does not necessarily prevent you from Bungy Jumping, Swinging or Zipriding): High or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy (excluding photosensitive epilepsy – see note below), broken or fractured bones/dislocations, fragile skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, panic/anxiety attacks or recent sprains/muscular injuries.
- If you are pregnant (no matter stage you are in) or have photosensitive epilepsy unfortunately we are unable to jump you. There are no exceptions.
- Please note, if you have osteoporosis or scoliosis, or a recent concussion, we will require a doctor’s certificate from you pre-jump.
