- Bookings are taken on the hour for customers wishing to receive a transfer
- Self-drive bookings will be at half-past the hour

- The on request shuttle service departs and returns outside of the Station Building, corner of Camp St & Shotover St, in central Queenstown. Hourly pick-up/drop-off from The Station. Pick-up at 30 minutes to the hour

- Children under 12yrs are not permitted for evening sessions (after 5pm)

- The water held within the pools is vastly rainwater, collected from our roof-tops as well as spring water from a spring on-site. Any shortfall is substituted from Lake Wakatipu water. The water is replaced constantly throughout the day in order to keep the water as fresh as possible and is constantly circulates through a sand filter to trap suspended particles
- The mineral content of the pool water is very low so jewellery should not be affected. However, it is recommended to remove jewellery to avoid losing items in the pool
