- Trips depart daily from 8.40am to 2.40pm
- Departure times: 8.40am, 9.20am, 10.00am, 11.20am, 12.00pm, 12.40pm, 2.00pm, 2.40pm
- Check-in is required 30 minutes prior to departure
- This experience is approximately 4 hours, including pick up and drop off.
- This experience is located in Queenstown.
- This experience departs from the Station Building in the centre of Queenstown located on the corner of Camp Street and Shotover Street. Kawarau Bungy Centre pick up and drop off on request directly through AJ Hackett Reservations Team.
- Dress warmly (long pants and long sleeves are recommended)
- Wear secure, covered footwear (please do not wear ugg boots, flip flops or sandals). Runners are recommended.
- Contact lenses if you have them, there are limited strengths or prescription goggles available onsite.
- Feel free to bring food and a water bottle
- Age: Min 13 yrs (Children 14 and under need to be accompanied by an adult) Max 110 yrs
- Weight: Min 45kg - Max 127kg
- Please inform our crew if you have any of the following conditions (please note it does not necessarily prevent you from Bungy Jumping, Swinging or Zipriding): High or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy (excluding photosensitive epilepsy – see note below), broken or fractured bones/dislocations, fragile skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, panic/anxiety attacks, disabilities, high myopia or recent sprains/muscular injuries.
- If you are pregnant (no matter stage you are in) or have photosensitive epilepsy unfortunately we are unable to jump you. There are no exceptions.
- Please note, if you have osteoporosis or scoliosis, or a recent concussion, we will require a doctor’s certificate from you pre-jump.
- If you cancel your experience more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time = Fully refundable.
- If you cancel your experience less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time = Non-refundable.
- If you fail to arrive for your scheduled activity time your booking will be non-refundable. Please check your activity details carefully for your check-in time.
- Date and time change policies are:
- If you change the date or time of your experience more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time = No cost.
- If you change the date or time of your experience less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time = $50 administrative fee applies.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction

By far the best bungy you will EVER do!!! It's actually insane how high it is, but its made to feel even more scary as you are suspended above a canyon on a high-wire type thing. And the free-fall feels like forever!! In my opinion, if you are going to do a bungy, then go straight to the top, and do this one!

This was seriously the most epic adrenaline rush I have ever had... more so than skydiving. Even getting to the pod was an adrenaline rush in itself as it is suspended on a hire wire in the middle of a canyon. The fall itself was a huge rush and absolutely incredible. Seriously something you cannot miss if you are going to Queenstown!
