- Participant changes are fine as long as the passengers are of a similar weight
- Spectators are welcome to wait and watch your flight take off and land from the hangar
- Flights are weather dependent; weather checks are to be made one hour prior to departure
- If the experience provider cannot operate due to weather, and passengers are unable to fly, no cancellation fees will apply

- Minimum of two participants is required
- Children must be accompanied by a full fare-paying adult
- Experience provider reserves the right to upgrade passengers or merge flights for operational reasons or flight management purposes if required
- Occasionally, flight paths or landing locations may be altered at the pilot’s discretion
- For the purpose of aircraft weight and balance and in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority rules and regulations, the experience provider requires all passenger weights at the time of booking
- Once the participants' weights have been received and reviewed, the experience provider will be able to confirm the booking
- Transport from town is available upon request
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
