- Please contact supplier (AJ Hackett Bungy) directly to organise free transport from the centre of Queenstown
- Winter can get very cold, so we recommend layering up and taking a jacket.
- Transportation: is available from the Station Building on the corner of Camp and Shotover Streets in the centre of Queenstown.
- Cameras: If you wish to take a camera out to the jump pod, or you wish to jump with a camera attached to you, it needs to be safely secured
- Jumping with a camera is entirely at your own risk and ONLY at the discretion of the jump crew
- Spectators: are welcome to come and get amongst the awesome atmosphere
- Recommend all customers are well rested, hydrated and have recently eaten before commencing their activity.
- Age: Min 10 yrs (Children 14 and under need to be accompanied by an adult) Max 110 yrs
- Single jumper weight - between 35kg to 160kg.
- Tandem jumps: Each jumper must be between 35kg - 117kg. The maximum combined weight of both jumpers must not exceed 235kg. The weight difference between tandem Jumpers must not exceed 30kg. Tandem Bungy requires river levels to be low or normal.

- Recommend all customers are well rested, hydrated and have recently eaten before commencing their activity. Please inform our crew if you have any of the following conditions (please note it does not necessarily prevent you from Bungy Jumping, Swinging or Zipriding): High or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy (excluding photosensitive epilepsy – see note below), broken or fractured bones/dislocations, fragile skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, panic/anxiety attacks or recent sprains/muscular injuries.
- If you are pregnant (no matter stage you are in) or have photosensitive epilepsy unfortunately you are unable to jump. There are no exceptions to this.
- Please note, if you have osteoporosis or scoliosis, or a recent concussion, you require a doctor’s certificate from you pre-jump.
- If you cancel your experience more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time = Fully refundable.
- If you cancel your experience less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time = Non-refundable.
- If you fail to arrive for your scheduled activity time your booking will be non-refundable. Please check your activity details carefully for your check-in time.
- Date and time change policies are:
- If you change the date or time of your experience more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time = No cost.
- If you change the date or time of your experience less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time = $50 administrative fee applies.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience

Wow tick that sucker off my bucket list! What an amazing experience that my daughter (who pursuaded me to do it) and I had, and in such a picturesque setting...why would you want to jump off a perfectly good bridge right!?! The staff there are super professional and we were well looked after.

I've done this a number of times and every time is just as exhilarating as the next. The location is great as it is not too far from town and your friends and family can watch you. Plus jumping over the Kawarau River is awesome, as there is a chance to get a water touch.
The bungy jump sensation was insane
The bungy jump sensation was insane! Customer service was on point! Staff were friendly, funny and encouraging. I lost the copies of my photos and video, and the response was smooth. When I contacted them if I could get another copy, they responded quickly and didn't even need to charge again. Also, the photo and video viewing section is an awesome idea as the person is in control of the viewing pace.
