- This experience is approximately two hours and 30 minutes in duration.
- This experience takes place at the AJ Hackett Kawarau Bungy Centre, Gibbston Valley, Queenstown 9371.
- Please contact the provider in advance to include transportation from Queenstown.
- You are welcome to swing bare foot, however tight, enclosed footwear is recommended
- Please dress comfortably and layer up in winter
- Minimum age is eight years old
- This experience runs in all weather conditions
- Children 14 years and under require an adult to sign a consent form at check-in
- Make sure you are well rested, hydrated, and have recently eaten prior to the swing
- Pregnant women or those with photosensitive epilepsy are not permitted to participate
- A doctor's certificate is required if you have osteoporosis, scoliosis, or a recent concussion
- For safety reasons, glasses may not be able to be worn; prescription safety glasses are available free of charge
- Minimum weight requirement is 30kg and the maximum limit is 150kg solo or 200kg total for tandem/three-person swings
- Please inform the provider of high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, high myopia, broken or fractured bones/dislocations, fragile skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, panic/anxiety attacks, or any recent sprains/muscular injuries
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Booking changes within 48 hours will incur a $50 change fee.
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Cancellation of your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience will have 100% refund
- Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance = Non-refundable.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
