What you need to know
- 60 Minute Experience inclusive of a 20 minute landing in the exclusive Earnslaw Burn.
- Experience the remote Earnslaw Burn
- Land on the valley floor beneath an immense wall of waterfalls
- See the blue ice of the hanging glacier
- Views of the historic Skippers Canyon
- This experience includes pick up from central Queenstown or meet at Heliworks Queenstown base, 64 Grant Road, Frankton
- Wear sensible comfortable covered shoes
- Bring along or wear warm clothing, including a jacket
- Remember to bring your camera, sunscreen, sunglasses and insect repellent
- Participant changes are fine as long as the passengers are a similar weight
- Spectators are welcome wait and watch you flight take-off and land from our hangar
- Flights are weather dependent. Weather checks are to be made one hour prior to departure. If we cannot operate due to weather and as a result, passengers are unable to fly, no cancellation fees will apply
- There are wheelchair access and facilities
- Minimum passenger numbers apply
- Experience provider reserves the right to up-grade passengers or merge flights for operational reasons or flight management purposes if required
- Occasionally flight paths or landing locations may alter at the pilot’s discretion
- Any cancellations made by passengers within 24 hours of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee, as well as a 3% credit card transaction fee.
- If no notice is given and passengers 'no-show' for the flight, 100% of the fare will be charged.
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
