What you can expect
Discover Low Island on a half day lagoon snorkelling tour from Port Douglas, travelling in a small group of no more than 14. A 15 minute fast boat ride carries you out to the Low Isles, where a glass bottom boat brings you across to the island. From there, two hours are yours to spend as you like.
Pull on your wetsuit and snorkel the lagoon, or join the guided island walk and hear the stories behind the island's history. Your snorkelling equipment and a bottle of water are included, so just pack a towel, swimmers, sunscreen and a hat. With morning and afternoon departures, it slots easily into any Port Douglas stay, finishing with the glass bottom boat and a quick ride back to the marina. Perfect for those short on time who still want a proper taste of island life.

- Participants are advised to bring a towel, swimmers, sunscreen, a hat, a small bag and snacks if desired.
- Participants must be aged 3 years and over
- Maximum group size is 14 participants
- Participants must check in 30 minutes before departure; late arrivals may result in the boat departing without them
- On days of high winds the boats may not be suitable for elderly, frail or pregnant participants, or those with back problems
- Departure times are subject to change due to tides
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
