With over 5 hours on the mountain and a 3:45pm departure, there’s plenty of time to pack in the fun before heading back to Melbourne by 8:30pm (traffic and weather permitting). - Please ensure you are waiting out the front of your selected pickup location at least 10 minutes before departure

- Children aged 3 years and up to 15 years receive child fare unless otherwise stated
- The accessories are provided by the tour company are only suitable for the guests who join the tours
- Please pre-book the accessories before 3pm one day before departure. Please ask our driver guide to pick up your accessories upon arrival, not picking up from Buller Sports
- Goggles are only for rental. Please give them back to our driver after the tour.
- We will charge $50 for any damage or loss of goggles
- Departure and return times are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. It is advised not to book flights or other activities on the same day
- If you wish to stay in Mt Buller and return on a different day, a surcharge of $99 per person applies
- Failure to wait out the front of your selected location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to load. We cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to load.
- Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
