What you can expect
Share a wine tasting for two in an underground cellar at a boutique winery in the Macedon Ranges, set among vineyards and farmland near Lancefield. Knowledgeable winery staff lead you down into the elegant cellar and pour five quality wines drawn from the winery's own label and boutique producers in the surrounding area.
Expect Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Sparkling, with varieties changing as the harvest allows. Compare the drops, ask the questions you have always wanted to ask and take a bottle home if one wins you over. The tasting runs half an hour before your restaurant booking, so when the last glass is poured you can walk straight through to the onsite restaurant and put your included food and beverage credit to good use. It is a relaxed way to spend a Friday, Saturday or Sunday in wine country.

- Smart casual dress is recommended.
- Participants must be 18 years and over as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required
- Participants should advise the experience provider of any dietary requirements at the time of booking
- The experience provider is a small boutique winery and will select 5 quality wines for the tasting; some varieties may not be available due to harvest
- Bookings are essential
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
