Step behind the scenes of a working gin distillery in Melbourne's Brunswick East on this one-hour experience for two. Discover how each signature blend comes to life, from botanical selection through to distillation, on a guided 15-minute tour. Learn where tradition meets innovation, as you explore the production process behind both classic and non-alcoholic gins.
After the tour, settle into Aces Bar for a guided tasting of three award-winning gins. As your host walks you through each spirit, learn how different botanicals influence the aroma and flavour of every pour. Then step behind the bar for a 30-minute cocktail masterclass, where you'll shake, stir and enjoy a creation of your own. Whether you're a gin enthusiast or just looking for a unique experience to share, it's a fun and interactive way to spend an hour together. Non-alcoholic options are also available, so that everyone can take part.

What you need to know
- One hour immersive gin distillery experience for two
- 15-minute guided distillery tour
- 15-minute guided gin tasting
- 30-minute cocktail masterclass, drink included
- Available at 4pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays only.
- This experience is approximately one hour in duration.
- This experience takes place at Aces Bar, located at 124 Weston Street, Brunswick East, VIC 3057.
- Participants must be 18 years and over, as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required
- Please advise in advance if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition that limits or restricts alcohol consumption; the experience can be tailored to suit
- Gin tasting and cocktails can be served using non-alcoholic spirits on request
- Please advise of any allergies or dietary requirements on booking
- Minimum of two and a maximum of 12 participants, unless arranged prior
- This experience runs in all weather conditions
- Non-participants are welcome to relax in the main bar area during the session, with advance notice
- This experience is wheelchair accessible; please advise in advance so furniture can be relocated
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
