- Maximum weight limit is 120kg
- Maximum total passenger weight limit is 235kg

- Telescopic selfie sticks are not allowed around or in the helicopter

- Itinerary and routes of flight may need to be varied, dependent on weather and operational conditions on the day
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- $50 rescheduling fee applies
