- Tours are suitable for children of all ages. Children under the age of seven years are free of charge, however, must be notified at the time of booking
- A child aged less than one year can be held on the lap of a parent or caregiver aged sixteen years or over while travelling in the bus
- All children must be restrained in seatbelts that are properly adjusted and securely fastened to the best extent possible while travelling in the bus
- Children must be fully supervised by an accompanying adult at all times
- While every precaution will be taken for the safety of participants, no liability can be taken in the event of death accident injury loss or damage to person and property on these tours
- This exclusion of liability shall apply to Kimberley Cultural Adventures and be to the benefit of its agents servants and representatives
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
