您將登上熱氣球，熱氣球將在2000到3000英尺高空中飛行，你可欣賞衝浪者天堂的壯麗全景，視角越來越廣闊，可以在高空看到太陽從地平線浮現，還可以俯瞰無數運河、水道、山脈的獨特景象，將黃金海岸的全景收入眼底。熱氣球將在黃金海岸腹地的田野與河流上輕輕隨風飄行，晨霧籠罩在田野上，若是天氣好，當日出映紅朝霞、在遠方的山丘下投下一道道金色光線時，你會覺得早起的一切都值得。清晨蘇醒的田園吐出自然的芬芳，從熱氣球上俯看，牛馬自在地吃草，更有機會看到袋鼠等各種澳洲動物。
安全着陸飛行完畢，和工作人員及其他同伴們一起來打包熱氣球。此產品不含早餐。

Booked this for my parents for there birthday, they thought it was out of this world! Such a good experience, they would 1000% do it again! The hot air balloon guy was so good they said, and gave them lots of information on where they were flying. Thank you

Not that great of an experience. The driver was late to pick up by 20 mins.
The start of the trip was very late and the sunrise was already missed.
Was an ok experience and nothing of what was promised.

A fantastic experience. From the early start to the great breakfast to finish even packing the balloon away didn't seem a chore. The staff were also great with Chris the knowledgeable and witty pilot to Merve the humorous bus driver. A great start to the day seeing the sunrise over the Gold Coast cannot recommend this trip enough. Brilliant!

Booked this experience for my girlfriends 21st birthday. Bit of a challenge getting up that early in the morning but absolutely worth it. The driver was very friendly and informative. The basket is bigger than you expect and very comfy to sit in and watch the views. A bit costly so probably only do it for big occasions or if you are a baller. Highly recommend this experience.

Information for this experience was provided promptly via email and included all the required details. When arriving at the pick up point, the staff we enthusiastic and organised. We then took a long drive into the hinterland to the balloon location. Unfortunately due to language barriers it seemed taking off on the balloon was slightly delayed due to some of the passengers not being able to understand instructions - perhaps a pre recorded info brief in mandarin would be beneficial. The balloon flight itself was fantastic and we felt safe throughout. We were in the air for a great amount of time and saw the sunrise. Would recommend.

An absolutely fantastic crew, unfortunately, the weather wasn't great for 2 days but 3rd times the charm and the experience definitely made up for it! Stunning views and a great experience!
Loved the early morning start and the other people who went on the experience were amazing as well, a special shout out to the bus drivers who are very knowledgeable and very empathetic when flights don't work out as planned!

Great experience with the balloon staff. The pilot was professional, and assisting staff were knowledgeable and service oriented. No problems with the balloon ride. Only disappointment was the weather. I expected the ride to be rescheduled due to the inclement weather, however, we rode as scheduled and 80% of our ride was of clouds. To our bad luck, this particular day was the only day of the entire week that was foggy/cloudy/wet. I would have appreciated the ride to be postponed to another day.

To be honest, I was actually looking forward to the ride at first, but due to the weather, I was a little disappointed as the view wouldn't have been great as told by the crew. The pilot proved it otherwise! Although it was foggy around the area we were at, the pilot was skilled and experienced enough to control the height of the flight to make sure we get a pretty scenic view of the Gold Coast! Instead of just flying high up into the sky seeing just fog after fog and not scenery.
Therefore I would give it a 4 out of 5 as I will consider going for the ride probably in spring or autumn and not winter. Winter probably not the best time to go for a hot air balloon ride but it will still be great if you get to encounter a skilled and experienced pilot like I did!

Great balloon flight right over the inner Gold Coast. The pilot was friendly and amusing, and we flew for over 80 min on what was supposed to be a 60 min experience. The pack up was fun too. Overall made the early start worthwhile!

We had a good experience of doing this activity as it was our first time, but not so excited because the view was not much taste. The staffs were dedicated to the job and friendly. Given the money we had to pay for the view, I won't recommend this activity though because it has not reached our expectations.
