What you can expect

Discover the Capricorn Coast at Cooberrie Park Wildlife Sanctuary, a relaxed day out where you can meet, feed and get up close to a wonderful mix of native and exotic animals. Set across 25 acres of natural bushland, grassland, rainforest and arid landscapes, the sanctuary is home to more than 300 residents, including kangaroos, koalas, possums, birds, snakes and reptiles.

Explore at your own pace along the way, then make sure you are there for the daily 1pm interactive animal show, when you can get even closer to some of the locals. There is a complimentary swimming pool to cool off in, a gift shop to browse and onsite snacks and drinks whenever you need a break. With the freedom to wander as long as you like during opening hours, it is an easy, hands on day that suits families, animal lovers and anyone keen to enjoy the Capricorn Coast. Perfect for a laid back day with the whole crew.
