What you can expect
Witness Wollongong and its spectacular beaches from a whole new perspective with a tandem skydive up to 15,000ft. Once the plane has reached the drop zone, on the count of three you and a qualified skydive instructor will find yourselves skydiving back down to the ground below. Reaching speeds of up to 200km per hour and a free fall time of around 60 seconds, if you've been wanting an experience to truly make you feel alive, skydiving is certainly it.
Once your parachute has been pulled you'll enjoy around 5 to 7 relaxing minutes of leisurely floating, giving you the opportunity to really take in the spectacular scenery below. Being Sydney's only beach skydive, you'll skydive directly over the ocean, offering up views of the wonderful Sydney coastline. Jump during whale and dolphin season and there's a good chance you might even be able to spot one or two of these beautiful animals while skydiving - no guarantees, however.
The Wollongong Skydive drop zone is located at Stuart Park, George Hanley Drv, Wollongong and is approximately a one hour drive from Sydney. Skydiving jumps are available 7 days a week dependent on weather, with weekend jumps incurring extra costs.

- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled jump time.
- Please allow approximately four hours for your total skydive experience.
- Please meet at the drop zone check-in office, located at Stuart Park on the corner of George Hanley Drive and Cliff Road, North Wollongong, NSW 2500.
- Transfers are available upon request
- The transfer pick up point is located at 806 George St, Haymarket, NSW 2000
- Transfers depart at 6.50am for a 7am pick up

- Your participation in parachuting activities is inherently dangerous and may involve risks
- Risks include, but are not limited to those arising from prevailing conditions such as weather or health conditions you may have
- Despite careful packing, the parachute may open abruptly or not open correctly which may result in injury
- Unintended incidents may occur during the aircraft flight, descent or on landing
- Parachuting is done at the parachutists' own risk
- Any person parachuting, training to parachute, flying in any aircraft being used for parachuting or participating in any activity carried out by Skydive Australia may only do so on the distinct understanding that they do so entirely at their own risk
- Participants must be 16 years or older to skydive, there is no maximum age limit
- Reasonable fitness is required
- Maximum weight is 120kg
- This experience is subject to change due to weather conditions
- Where possible, please notify the experience provider prior to the jump date of any existing medical conditions or illness
- Medical conditions which could affect the customer’s safety should be discussed with a doctor to ensure customers are fit to skydive
- Please advise the experience provider if you are taking prescription medication
- Please note all weight, photo and video extras are to be paid directly with the activity provider on the day of your skydive
- Surcharges apply to participants 94kg and over
- 94kg - 104.9kg: $50 to pay on arrival (94kg and above requires an on site assessment to determine safety issues due to harness size restrictions)
- 105kg - 114.9kg: $75 to pay on arrival
- 115kg and above: $100 to pay on arrival
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- It is highly recommended to reconfirm your skydive time and pick up time and location at least 48 hours prior to the date of the activity
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on the day of the activity. Vouchers presented on a mobile device are also accepted
- For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details are included on your tour voucher

I recently went skydiving with Tandem SkyDive in Wollongong, and it was hands down one of the most amazing experiences of my life! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so comfortable and confident. The team was incredibly professional, and I felt completely safe throughout the entire jump.
It's amazing and SCARY at the same time
It's amazing and SCARY at the same time, especially when you jump off the plane! Would I do it again? I answered maybe NOT right after landing! However, after a good rest and looking at the pictures and all the comments I got from friends, I WOULD DO IT AGAIN! Thank you Experience Oz and Skydive Australia!
Awesome experience
Awesome experience. Great facility and great crew. The experience started with a bus pick from Sydney. Very well organized. The location where the skydive ends is on the beach. It was the first time experience and a memorable one to cherish for life.
