- Your ticket is valid for 48 hours from the date of visit

- Tours are only available in English
- Children under five years gain entry free of charge, all participants require a ticket
- The museum is easily accessible by foot, bus, train or car from central Wellington
- Outdoor and covered parking is available onsite for a fee
- Photography is prohibited in some areas (your guide will inform you)
