- Operates daily all year (except Christmas Day)
- Please allow from one-hour to a full day for this experience
- Child rates apply (5-15yrs)
- Children under 14yrs must be supervised by a paying Adult/Child aged 14yrs+
- Infants (0-4yrs) are free of charge
- • Refunds will not be offered due to bad weather or events out of our control • Children tickets must be accompanied by Adult ticket/s. • Cancellation Policy: Refund – 100% value if +48 hrs. notice given. 50% if 24-48 hrs. notice given. No refund if - 24 hrs. notice given.

- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- For same-day bookings - if we haven't confirmed online then we're happy to take the booking paperwork over the counter and process the confirmation/reference number after arrival.
