- This is a half-day experience, approximately four hours and 30 minutes in duration.
- This experience departs from 108 Flinders St, Townsville, QLD 4810 or from Magnetic Island, QLD 4819.
- Swimwear and a towel

- Comfortable footwear (for short island walks)

- Minimum driver age of 16 years old; drivers under 18 require a waiver signed by a parent or guardian
- Minimum passenger age of 7 years old
- Maximum of two people per watercraft, including driver; combined weight limit of 200kg
- Watercraft must be operated responsibly, with riders liable for damage caused by negligence or misuse
- Operation is not permitted under the influence of alcohol or impairing substances, and all experience provider rules must be followed
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
